1 Contract fee 1% of building savings amount due and payable on making the building saving contract. The regular monthly savings amount is 4% of the building savings amount. No basic interest on building savings amount exceeding the building savings commitment.

2 If the building savings are paid out in less than 7 years from the first of that month in which the building savings contract was made then the bonus is not due or payable.

3 Max. building savings amount 100,000€

4 The follow-on fee is 1% of the building savings amount and is due and payable in equal annual instalments over five years. The regular monthly savings amount is 4% of the building savings amount. No basic interest or bonus is due or payable on savings amounts exceeding the building savings commitment.

5 Effective annual interest calculation depends on the building savings amount. In the example calculation a building savings amount of 28,000 € was assumed.
